Costa Rican Labor and Employment law can be very confusing. The Costa Rica Labor Code guarantees certain rights to the employee. If and an employer does not follow the dispositions of the labor code then they could incur costly payments. In this section I am summarizing several aspects of Costa Rican Employment and Labor Laws.
